1. App Overview

Taller AI is a mobile application designed to help users maximize their height potential through AI-powered personalized growth plans. The app offers height prediction, customized exercise routines, nutrition guidance, HGH optimization strategies, and 24/7 AI coaching through both free and premium subscription features.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Taller AI Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Taller AI and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Taller AI and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Taller AI does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal information including age, height, and health status
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app and AI features in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app or AI algorithms
Use height tracking and exercise features responsibly and safely
Not input false height measurements or health data intentionally
Follow recommended exercises and nutrition guidance safely
Consult healthcare providers when needed, especially for intensive growth programs
Use AI coaching advice responsibly and as supplementary guidance only

8. Health and Growth Disclaimer

Important Health Notice: Taller AI is designed for general height optimization and fitness improvement through natural methods. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI predictions, exercise routines, and growth recommendations are for educational and wellness purposes only. Users with growth disorders, bone conditions, or health concerns should consult healthcare professionals before starting any height growth program.

9. AI and Growth Program Disclaimer

Our AI Height Predictor is based on statistical models and general growth patterns
Height growth results may vary significantly and are not guaranteed for every individual
Growth potential depends on many factors including age, genetics, health, and personal commitment
The app cannot overcome genetic limitations or guarantee specific height increases
AI coaching advice is supplementary and should not replace professional medical or fitness guidance
Exercise routines should be performed safely with proper form and within personal limits
Users should prioritize their health and safety over height goals
The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, growth therapy, or treatment

10. Age-Appropriate Use

Age Guidelines: Taller AI is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should have parental supervision and approval before starting intensive exercise programs. The app is most effective during teenage growth years but can benefit adults through posture improvement and fitness optimization.

11. AI Technology Disclaimer

AI predictions are based on available data and statistical models, not medical analysis
AI coaching responses are generated automatically and may not always be appropriate for every situation
Users should use critical thinking and consult professionals for serious health or growth concerns
The AI system continuously learns and improves but may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information
AI recommendations should be considered as suggestions, not absolute medical or fitness advice

12. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to their personal height data and progress information. The Taller AI app, AI algorithms, methodology, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our AI technology or content.

13. Privacy and Data

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Taller AI at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, inappropriate use of AI features, or any other reason.

Exercise Safety: All exercise routines and physical activities recommended by Taller AI should be performed safely and within your physical capabilities. Users are responsible for proper warm-up, correct form, and listening to their bodies. Stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort and consult healthcare providers if needed.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
